  Calcium + Magnesium + Zinc contains a special complex of calcium, magnesium and zinc. Calcium is needed to maintain healthy bones and teeth. It also contributes to the normal functioning of energy metabolism and to the normal functioning of muscles. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and supports the normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc supports normal cognitive function and the metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, bones and nails.   Who is it for? This dietary supplement is suitable for adults. Not suitable for people with allergies to soy, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, gluten and shellfish. How to consume it? It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day at the same time as meals.
