™ Amix Glutamine + BCAA is a product containing branched-chain amino acids BCAA in a ratio of 2:1:1 in combination with the amino acid L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is the amino acid that occurs in the human body in the largest amount. It represents 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of total circulating amino acids. BCAA amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) make up about 33% of total muscle protein. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass Recommended dosage:

• (unflavoured) The basic daily dose is 1.5 scoops (10 g – natural). Take 3/4 scoop (5g-natural) approximately 30-60 minutes before your workout and 3/4 scoop (5g-natural) after your workout. You can prepare the drink by mixing 3/4 of a scoop and 250-300 ml of water or juice.
• (flavored variants) The basic daily dose is 2 scoops (12 g). Take 1 scoop (6 g) approximately 30-60 minutes before your workout and 1 scoop (6 g) after your workout. To prepare the drink, mix 1 scoop and 250-300 ml of water or juice.
