Variant
- The creatine monohydrate in Anabolic ISO Whey works to regenerate ATP and increase protein synthesis, allowing you to achieve more muscle growth in less time.
- D-Aspartic Acid increases the body's natural levels of bioavailable testosterone, thereby maximizing anabolic effects.
- 1,000 mg of Taurine has a clear role – it helps improve blood circulation permeability and stabilize blood sugar. Both phenomena are necessary for maintaining hormonal stability during strong anabolic reactions.
- high content of whey protein isolate – 85%
- supplemented with creatine, DAA and taurine
- designed and approved by bodybuilding legend Kevin Levron
- WPI whey protein isolate is a fraction of whey protein subjected to micro and ultrafiltration, which allows to obtain the highest degree of protein concentration in the product (more than 90%). It has the highest content of branched-chain amino acids BCAA, which is not less than 25 g in 100 g! In addition, it does not contain any carbohydrates and fats. In combination with Optipep®, it affects the increase in the insulin response of the human body after its consumption. Whey protein isolate, like whey protein hydrolysate, should be consumed immediately after waking up or immediately after training to take advantage of its higher absorption. Both fractions, WPI and WPH, complement each other due to their properties that are of fundamental importance – the rate of absorption and the highest bioavailability of the whey aminogram. Due to the rapid absorption of WPI and the stimulating effect on insulin secretion, whey isolate can replace the function of glycogen lost during strenuous training, as this reaction can occur especially in the absence of carbohydrates.
- DAA – D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) is a non-essential, naturally occurring amino acid in many of our food sources. It is mainly found in the pituitary gland, hypothalamus and testicles. D-aspartic acid binds to a specific, so-called NMDA receptor. In the hypothalamus, stimulation of NMDA receptors leads to the production of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH). This instructs the pituitary gland to release luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). LH and FSH in the testicles start a process that leads to the release of testosterone. Stimulation of NMDA receptors in the hypothalamus also leads to the release of the hormone GHRH, which promotes the secretion of growth hormone.
- Creatine is a natural part of the equipment of cells. Creatine is found in muscles, brain, blood, in free form or in the form of phosphocreatine. The daily physiological requirement of creatine for an ordinary person is around 2 g of creatine, part of which is obtained by the body from food and part by its own production from amino acids – glycine, arginine and methionine. An increased supply of creatine leads to an increase in phosphocreatine levels in the cell. The supply of this macroergic phosphocreatine serves to maintain the necessary amount of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as an energy source for muscle contraction. It has been found that creatine supplementation in higher doses for 2-3 days increases the level of phosphocreatine in the muscle, which is one of the basic prerequisites for increasing speed performance.
- Taurine is an amino acid – or rather, it is a derivative of an amino acid, which is why it is sometimes classified as an amino acid, although it lacks a carboxyl group. Therefore, the term aminosulfonic acid would be more accurate. It regulates fluid levels in the muscles by "pulling" glucose and amino acids into muscle cells. Its effect can be compared to the effect of insulin, i.e. it actually has an anabolic effect, supports, enlarges and gives the muscle strength, but without lowering blood sugar levels. It also has an important effect in lowering lactic acid levels, which is important in athletes, during intense training or in hard-working people. Thanks to hydration, it increases the volume of muscle cells and helps maintain the balance of minerals, thus suppressing the risk of muscle cramps.
